We worked with the largest Law Enforcement Agency in the UK to change ways of working. Faced with a reducing estate and a Global pandemic our client had a critical need to deliver new ways of working across their operational policing model to make sure could continue to provide an exceptional service to the communities they serve.
This programme of culture change resulted in the widespread adoption of new ways of working practices that have reimagined the operational working model of front-line policing within the organisation.
This new model was essential for the organisation to meet political priorities on Estate utilisation and will drive post-Covid wellbeing and cost benefits for the organisation into the future.
